What insurance companies do you work with?
We work with most insurance companies. We will also help arrange your rental car, if needed. BodyWerks is a Direct Repair Shop for Allstate, USAA, Westfield Insurance, Farm Bureau, and Traveler’s.
What makes and models can you repair?
We repair all makes and models and our technicians go through rigorous training to stay up-to-date on the newest models and latest technology.
What will my repair cost?
Since each repair is unique, please submit an online estimate request or schedule a visit to receive an in-person estimate. We have very competitive pricing and will always be clear and transparent about all charges. We also offer 0% interest on any collision repair up to $5000 and 12 months. Please see your advisor for details.
Do you offer Paintless Dent Repair?
Yes, we do! Our Paintless Dent Repair service provides the fastest, most cost-effective, and least intrusive dent repair in Knoxville.
How long will my repair take?
It’s important to remember that each repair project is different, but we will provide you an estimated repair duration at your initial consultation. We will also stay in touch with you during the repair process with any developments.
Is it true that collision repair can take weeks (or even months) to complete?
It’s true that some collision repair projects take much longer than your typical service job. Several factors go into the duration of the job, including availability of replacement parts, amount of damage, and your insurance company’s claims process. We will do our best to give you an accurate duration estimate and keep you updated through the repair with any developments. Ultimately, we are confident any wait will be worth it when you see your vehicle in “like new” condition!
What happens when a part I need is on back order?
We will make every effort to find the part you need. With the ability to contact any retailer in the country, we will find the part if one exists anywhere. There are rare circumstances that can delay the repair process, such as when a part is scarce or its not currently in production. When this happens, we will place an order for the factory to resume production.
Do you offer a warranty for your work?
Yes. We provide a lifetime warranty on all paint and repair work that we perform.
Why do different repair facilities provide different estimate prices?
One of the main reasons a body shop may quote a less expensive price is that they don't use factory-certified parts. BodyWerks uses only 100% original manufacturer parts. To make sure all manufacturer earranties remain intact, it's important that no unauthorized parts be used in the repair. This is espectially imperative in luxury vehicles, like Mercedes-Benz.
Can you help me coordinate my repair with my insurance company?
We are always happy to work with your insurance company and will assist however we can. Please keep in mind that we may ask for your help in encouraging your insurance company to respond to the claim in a timely manner, as well as making prompt payment upon completion of the repair.
