They will listen to your needs with a friendly ear to make sure you get a precise vehicle diagnosis. They will also make sure your insurance company gets an accurate repair estimate to avoid any headaches later. Your customer service rep can also help with pre-ordering replacement parts, estimating project duration, and arranging shuttle service or a rental vehicle.

2.

Repairs & Rebuilds

This is when our factory-certified technicians start to work their magic! Depending on your vehicle repair needs, this step includes everything from disassembling your vehicle to inspect for hidden frame damage to smoothing and fine-tuning. This includes our advanced services, such as Paintless Dent Repair and hail damage repair. Our BodyWerks technicians are equipped with the most innovative technology and trained on the leading techniques to repair dents while preserving factory paint and avoiding as much body filler as possible. At this stage, we also do a complete restoration of replacement parts, using only manufacturer-authorized parts and repair equipment. Our collision center in Knoxville, TN goes through extensive certifications, including annual auto manufacturer audits and training updates, so you can rest assured your vehicle’s warranty will remain intact.

3.

Prepping & Painting

We will begin prepping your vehicle once our factory-certified technicians have finished their precision assessment of all major damage, fixes, and adjustments. The prepping process involves moving your vehicle to a clean room so our technicians can buff and prime any pre-painted body area. Next, we apply our high-quality Sherwin Williams paint and clear coat, carefully matching factory colors and textures exactly.

4.

Reassembly & Restoration

Our factory-certified body technicians will receive your vehicle for final body assembly, additional mechanical work, interior adjustments, and minor restoration details. From door handles to emblems, this is the step where we make sure your vehicle has been fully restored as if it just left the factory.

5.

Detail & Delivery

We strive to deliver your vehicle back to you in "picture perfect" condition -- as if it were like new. Our service writers will do a full inspection of your vehicle to make sure all parts, measurements, and services are completely factory certified. We also hand wash and detail your vehicle with the care it deserves. This results in a vehicle ready to be delivered with that "showroom shine." When your vehicle is ready for you, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange transportation to our collision center in Knoxville, TN.
